Exposed nails are ring shank and galvanized for maximum strength and no rust spots or stains.

The 2 x 4 reinforced doors are designed to seal out rain and rodents and are key locked for your protection.

Asphalt or fiberglass Heritage style shingles, in either gray or brown, are used with an aluminum roof edge. Metal roofing is also available as an option.

All exposed material is Wolmanized pressure treated against termite damage and decay. Log siding is also available as an option.

Series of air vents positioned to create optimum circulations and temperature control.

All weather exposed wood is treated with a clear wood finish weather barrier after construction.

Finished interiors, kitchens, bathrooms, heating & air conditioning, and custom built floorplans are also available at an additional cost.
Why Pay Rent When You Can Purchase or Rent-to-Own?
RENT-TO-OWN was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no-strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility for your back-yard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly rental rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building. Rent-to-own prices are based on a 36 month term. A small deposit is required ($200 for 8' wide building, $300 for 10' wide building or $400 for 12' wide buildings) plus the first months payment and sales tax on the payment amount. The building can be paid off early with no pre-payment penalties. With most conventional financing, amortization charts apply nearly all of the early payments to interest and very little to principal. With our Rent-to-Own plan, if an early pay-off is made, 60% of the past monthly payments are applied to the original purchase price of the building.

Delivery Pictures
Rocky Acre Buildings has the ability to deliver finished structures right to the customers site. For those situations where the building may need to be manuvered into place, they use the "Mule" which has been ingenously designed and built by the Rocky Acre Buildings staff. The photos above show the use of the "Mule" in the delivery of a client's building. In some situations structures may need to be site built and the Rocky Acre Buildings staff can handle those duties as well.
